We can help you by planning your project in the most cost-efficient way.
For example, if you are building a block of 30 apartments, we would help you to minimise the cost by only including additional local searches where this is required. In this instance it is likely one local authority search would suffice for the 30 apartments.
The first HIP for each project is charged at the standard HIP rate of £234+vat. For every additional plot or property where searches can be shared you would only pay £99+vat per HIP.
