We are a member of AHIPP the Association of Home Information Pack Providers. It is a requirement, in order to become a member, to have a minimum of £2million Professional Indemnity cover. Yes. When you complete the order of the pack and when Google Checkout has accepted your payment you will receive a unique link that will take you to your unique web page displaying the component parts of the HIP, those parts which have been uploaded and the parts of the pack which are outstanding.

How come other pack providers charge a lot more?
ABC-HIPs have produced an on-line ordering system that reduces the cost of producing a pack, consequently this saving is passed on to the client. There are a number of pack providers which advertise packs at a very low price. You may wish to confirm whether they are members of AHIPP and, therefore, guarantee an adequate level of Professional Indemnity cover for the complete HIP.
